Capacity Development

The Capacity Devel­opment Team of the Institute for European Politics (IEP) organizes trainings and workshops in the EU neigh­bourhood and candidate countries in order to support their approx­i­mation with the EU. Our aim is to provide the necessary skills for public admin­is­tration and to strengthen the civil society in those countries.

The IEP cooperates closely with the Federal Foreign Office, as well as with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Inter­na­tionale Zusam­me­narbeit (GIZ) and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooper­ation and Devel­opment (BMZ).
