EU-28 Watch
Interested in Europe-wide views on the outcome of the European Parliament elections, the crisis in Ukraine or Germany’s role in Europe? The IEP is happy to provide answers in the newly published version of the EU-28 Watch.
As with previous versions, the EU-28 Watch provides a rich and unique overview of national debates on European policy. Based on a common questionnaire, researchers from renowned institutes and think tanks in EU member states and candidate countries have produced individual country reports. The reports summarise key debates in politics, media, and society, with a focus on three main topics:
- euroscepticism and the European Parliament elections,
- the EU’s Neighbourhood, and
- power relations within the Union.
This year’s Watch brings together contributions from 31 countries (26 EU member states and 5 candidate countries). The questionnaire and more than twenty country reports can be found on www.eu-28watch.org. You will be able to search reports by country and question. More reports and brief comparative syntheses on the question blocs follow shortly.
