New Policy Paper published: “Civil Society and the Fight against Corruption: Promoting effective Anti-Corruption Policies by Reforming the Public Sector and Law Enforcement Authorities”
In this new IEP Policy Paper on Eastern Europe and Central Asia No. 8 the authors Ruslan Codreanu, Mathias Jopp, Victor Lutenco, Eremei Priseajniuc und Martin Sieg deal with the topic “Civil Society and the Fight against Corruption: Promoting effective Anti-Corruption Policies by Reforming the Public Sector and Law Enforcement Authorities”.
The paper was published by the Institut für Europäische Politik e.V. (IEP) Berlin together with the Civil Society and the Fight against Corruption in Chișinău. It was prepared within the framework of a joint IEP/IPRE anti-corruption programme, implemented in 2015. It contains a state of play analysis of law enforcement institutions, public sector and civil society in Moldova and puts forward key recommendations for improving the fight against corruption. The analysis constitutes an important step towards a civil society driven anti-corruption strategy in Moldova.
