Civil Dialogue “And now, Europe? We have to talk!” in Rostock
The Institute for European Politics as a scientific partner, together with the Europa-Union Deutschland, will organise the next Civil Dialogue in Rostock on Thursday, 28 September 2017 under the title “And now, Europe? We have to talk!”. After a preliminary panel discussion on the topic “Where to go with Europe?” with Dr. Thomas Kaufmann, Representation of the European Commission in Germany, and Dr. Annegret Bendiek, Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik, the guests can inform themselves and change opinions in two themed rooms:
- Europe’s Role in the World: Values, Foreign Policy, Security, Migration
- Economy and Society: Employment, Single Market, Consumer and Social Standards
Werner Kuhn, MEP, Jascha Dopp, Head of Unit Ministry of the Interior and Europe Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Enrico Kreft, spokesman for the SPD-Europaforum Schleswig Holstein, are also available for discussion.
