Civil Dialogue “And now, Europe? We have to talk!” in Halle
The IEP as a scientific partner, together with the Europa-Union Deutschland, will organise the next Civil Dialogue in Halle on Thursday, 30 August 2018 under the title “And now, Europe? We have to talk!”.
After a preliminary panel discussion on the topic “Where to go with Europe?” all guests are invited to discuss in an open dialogue together with Richard Kühnel (Representation of the European Commission in Germany), Arne Lietz (Member of the European Parliament), Valerio Morelli (Foreign Federal Office), Nora Schmidt-Kesseler (Hautgeschäftsführerin der Nordostchemie), Dr. Linn Selle (President of the European Movement Germany), Frank Sitta (Member of the German Bundestag) in to two themed rooms:
1. Europe’s Role in the World: Values, Foreign Policy, Security, Migration
2. Economy and Society: Employment, Single Market, Consumer and Social Standards
