Bringing the EU Forward: Priorities of the German Council Presidency
Representatives from 27 international research institutes, the federal government and Brussels institutions discussed the upcoming main points of the German Council Presidency.
On the 30 November and 1 December 2006 the Institute for European Politics and the Trans-European Policy Studies Association (TEPSA), with the support of the EU-CONSENT Network, the ASKO EUROPA Foundation, the Delegation of the European Commission to the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Federal Foreign Office, organised the conference “Bringing the EU Forward: Priorities of the German Council Presidency” in Berlin. With a total of seven podia, representatives from 27 international research institutes, the federal government and Brussels institutions discussed the upcoming main points of the German Council Presidency. A summary of the conference proceedings will be published in the January edition of the journal “integration.”
